Berwyn, PA · formerly 30 Main

Private events · 20 to 500 guests · Seven days

Whatever you're marking,
we've probably hosted it.

Fourteen years on this corner, five bookable spaces, and a kitchen and bar that are ours rather than a vendor's. If your occasion isn't on this list, ask anyway — the answer is usually yes.

Celebrations

The personal ones.

Milestone birthdays

4–500

Thirtieths through eightieths and everything between. Four people in the lounge, a hundred at a seated dinner, or the whole hall with a DJ.

Sweet sixteens

Packages

Dedicated packages — the room, a DJ, the dance floor, and food built for teenagers. Private events are exempt from our 10 PM age policy.

Quinceañeras

Up to 250

The hall, the LED dance floor, stage lighting and a room that takes 250. Bring your own traditions and vendors; we'll build the food and the timeline around them.

Bar & bat mitzvahs

Up to 500

Two floors so the kids and the adults each get their own room, one caterer, one invoice. Kosher-style menus on request.

Graduation parties

May and June book early. Downstairs for a family lunch, the hall for a whole class.

Anniversary parties

Twenty-fifths, fiftieths, and the ones where three generations turn up. Accessible first floor for older guests.

Retirement parties

Afternoon or evening, weekday or weekend. A room that works for a speech and then for a drink.

Engagement parties

From $250

The lounge from twenty guests, or the event space for the whole family. Often the first of several bookings.

Gender reveals & baby showers

7 days

Daytime bookings any of the seven days, including the Sundays and Mondays we're closed to the public.

Bridal showers

80–100

The room most of them land in holds 80 to 100, with a flower wall and neon sign that people actually want in the photos.

Communions, confirmations & christenings

Sun & Mon

Sunday lunches and afternoon receptions, when we're closed to everyone else and the building is yours.

Celebrations of life & repasts

Accessible

A quiet, private room, food that arrives without fuss, and staff who understand the day. First floor, fully accessible.

Groups & nights out

The social ones.

Class & school reunions

Up to 500

Conestoga and the Tredyffrin/Easttown district are up the road, and Malvern Prep, Shipley, Agnes Irwin, Haverford, Episcopal and Baldwin are a short drive. Up to 500 — a whole graduating class.

Team banquets & school events

See schools

Three sports seasons a year, booster fundraisers, parents' nights and graduation dinners. Reduced rates for school groups and nonprofits.

Holiday parties

Nov–Dec

November and December, corporate or family. Take a Sunday or Monday and the whole building is yours. The good dates go in September.

New Year's Eve

Dec 31

Red carpet on the sidewalk, stanchions, balloons, and both floors going until the small hours. We do it properly every year.

Girls' nights & group nights out

From 4

A sofa in the lounge, something to share on the table, cocktails, and the dance floor when you're ready. From twenty guests, from $250.

Greek formals, mixers & philanthropy

Private & 21+

Villanova is ten minutes away, with Eastern, Immaculata, West Chester and Penn State Great Valley nearby. Always a closed private booking, 21+ with wristbanding, upstairs or in a shut-off room — never the public bar.

Wedding after-parties

Fri & Sat

For couples married anywhere on the Main Line. Your reception ends at ten, ours runs to one.

Rehearsal dinners

7 days

The night before, any night of the week. Thirty in the lounge or a hundred in the event space.

Sports watch parties

From 4

Hundred-inch screens across the first floor. Private parties from twenty guests.

Devon Horse Show entertaining

May, Jul, Sep

Barn parties, owner dinners and sponsor hospitality through the show, plus the Fall Classic in September and Brass Ring in July. Minutes from the grounds, free parking.

Bar crawls & town events

We've run them before with the businesses either side of us. We're the stop with a dance floor and a 1 AM licence.

Trivia, karaoke & game nights

Book the lounge, we'll run the night. Good for teams, clubs and anyone who wants a night out that isn't just dinner.

Business & community

The working ones.

Corporate dinners & client entertaining

A private room with a real kitchen behind it. Thirty minutes from Philadelphia, fifteen from King of Prussia.

Company holiday parties

Up to 500

Both floors, two bars, and a dance floor. Up to 500, or a first floor buyout at 200.

Fewer than twenty? Private bookings start at twenty guests — but that doesn't mean we can't look after you. Call 610-220-2367 and tell us the date and what you're celebrating.

We'll tell you what's on that night, hold you the right table or a corner of the lounge, and sort the cake and anything else you need. A birthday for eight is still a birthday.

However big

Five rooms, twenty guests to five hundred.

Midtown Hall is upstairs and reached by stairs — not wheelchair accessible. The first floor is. Tell us early if that matters.

All of it included

One contract, not five vendors.

Catering on and off site, bar packages, servers and bartenders, tables, chairs, linens and glassware, professional sound, stage lighting, AV and projection, DJ and live music booking, and day-of coordination.

Which is the part that actually saves people trouble. You're not making a caterer, a rental company, a lighting tech and a DJ talk to each other.

Not listed?

Ask anyway.

Divorce parties, book launches, trunk shows, vendor markets, gaming nights, dog rescue fundraisers, a wake that turns into a proper send-off. Fourteen years in and people still surprise us. Tell us the date, the headcount and roughly what you want to spend.
