Midtown Hall.
Fifty to two hundred and fifty — or five hundred with the floor below.

The second‑floor venue above Midtown Social — its own address, its own entrance, and the largest event room on this stretch of the Main Line. Available seven days a week, with rooms from $250. Sound, lighting, staff and catering are already in the building.

Access: Midtown Hall is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible. Our first floor — the lounge, the event space and the restrooms — is fully accessible.

If any of your guests can't manage stairs, tell us early. A lot of events that started out planned for upstairs end up better downstairs, and we'd rather solve it in the planning than on the day. Call 610-220-2367.

The room

You're not renting a bare hall.

Most venues this size hand you an empty room and a vendor list. You then hire a caterer, a rental company, a lighting tech and a DJ, and spend three months making four companies talk to each other.

Everything in Midtown Hall is already here. The sound system is installed. The dance floor is in. The lighting rig is hung. The kitchen is downstairs and it's ours. The staff work for us. One contract, one invoice, one person to call.

What happens up here

Fourteen years of them.

Comedy & live shows

The hall doubles as our show room. Comedy nights, live music and themed parties run up here, with bar bites served during — the full kitchen stays downstairs.

Weddings & receptions

Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception without moving anyone's car. Rehearsal dinners downstairs the night before, and after‑parties for couples married elsewhere. More on weddings.

Reunions

High school and college classes, 50 to 250. The night before Thanksgiving is the best date of the year for one — everyone's already home.

Holiday parties

Company parties and large family gatherings through November and December, including Sundays and Mondays when the building is closed to the public and entirely yours.

Socials & formals

Sorority and fraternity mixers, formals and philanthropy nights. Villanova is ten minutes down Lancaster Avenue.

Showers & milestones

Bridal and baby showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens, fiftieth and eightieth birthdays.

Corporate

Holiday parties, sales kickoffs, client dinners, training days, town halls. Projection and AV in the room.

Nonprofit & community

Galas, fundraisers, sports and school banquets — Conestoga and the wider Tredyffrin/Easttown district are minutes away — plus reunions, memorial luncheons and celebrations of life. Reduced rates for nonprofits and school groups.

Getting your guests here

An address people can actually find.

Midtown Hall is 658A East Lancaster Avenue, Berwyn PA 19312. Put that on your invitations rather than 660 — it takes guests to the right door on the night.

Directly across from Berwyn station on SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale line, and minutes from Route 202. Thirty minutes from Philadelphia, thirty from West Chester, fifteen from King of Prussia — whichever direction your guest list comes from, nobody is making the long drive.

And anyone who'd rather not drive at all can take the train to the door, which matters more at an event with an open bar than at almost any other kind of party.

Valet is available for events in the hall — ask when you book. There's also a private lot behind the building off Main Avenue, the Trinity Church lot a few minutes away, and the station lots across the street. For larger events we put out signage and staff to direct your guests. Full parking detail.

Downstairs too

The rest of the building.

Smaller party, or one that needs a second room? The first floor has both.

Plenty of events use two spaces — cocktail hour in the lounge, dinner and dancing upstairs. Take the whole building and you can host up to five hundred.

Parking, properly answered

Yes — and enough of it for a full room.

The question every host asks, so here's the real answer rather than “free parking available.”

Our lot — 0 minutes

Behind the building, first right off Main Avenue. Free. Fills first.

Malvern Federal — 1 minute

First left on Main Avenue. Free, and usually open in the evening.

Berwyn station — 2 minutes

140 spaces, both sides of the tracks. Free after 5 PM and all weekend — this is the one that absorbs a big group.

Trinity Church — 3 minutes

Top of the hill on Main Avenue, past the stop sign. Free.

Free lots and street parking all within three minutes. Between them there's room for a full building — it's the reason we can host 500 people without a parking problem. For a big event we'll point your guests at the station lot, which has the space.

Valet is available for large private events. Ask when you book and we'll arrange it, with signage and staff directing your guests to the right lot. It doesn't run on ordinary nights.

And Berwyn station is directly across Lancaster Avenue on the Paoli/Thorndale line — genuinely useful at an event with an open bar. Full parking detail and directions.

Next step

Send us the date and a rough headcount.

We'll come back with availability, whether the hall or a downstairs room fits better, and a menu to react to. Most inquiries hear back within one business day.
