Holiday parties · November and December
The good dates go early.
Usually in September.
Company parties, team dinners, client nights and family gatherings. Twenty guests to five hundred, with catering, bar, staff, sound and lighting all ours — so whoever's organising it gets to enjoy it too.
Book the party, and we'll send you back.
Book a holiday event with us and you leave with gift cards to spend on another night, another time — on us.
Book a holiday event for forty guests or more.
Eighty guests or more — that's $150 back to spend whenever you like.
Give them away as staff prizes, hand them to whoever organised it, or keep them and come back in February when nobody else is doing anything.
Book by 31 October to qualify — which is also roughly when the last good December dates go, so it's not an arbitrary deadline. Ask about a date.
The thing worth knowing
Sunday and Monday, the building is empty.
We're closed to the public on Sundays and Mondays — which means a holiday party on either day gets you the entire building with nobody else in it, at a time of year when every good Friday and Saturday has been gone since September.
Two floors, two bars, two dance floors, all yours. No other tables, no other party upstairs, no crowd arriving at nine.
Worth asking about if your December Friday is already taken somewhere else. Most companies don't realise a Sunday works — and it usually works better.
What we handle
One contact, not five.
Buffet, plated, or stations
Carving stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, grazing tables, dessert stations. 142 items, with vegetarian and vegan in every section — so the two people in the office who don't eat meat aren't left with a side salad.
However you want to control it
Open bar, consumption bar, drink tickets, beer and wine only, or cash bar. Set a cap and we'll tell you when you're near it rather than after you've passed it.
Microphones and a screen
Projection on both floors for the year-in-review slides, microphones for whoever has to say something. Send it over beforehand and we'll test it.
When the speeches are done
DJ, dance floor, pool tables, shuffleboard. The bit that turns a company dinner into a company party — and the reason people stay rather than leaving after dessert.
Train opposite, parking free
Berwyn station is directly across Lancaster Avenue with a direct line to Philadelphia, and the lot behind the building is free. Genuinely useful at a party with an open bar.
We'll come to your office
Same menu, delivered and set up wherever you are on the Main Line. Some companies do the office lunch with us and the evening party here. Catering.
When to book what
A rough guide to December.
Thanksgiving Eve is the biggest night of our year and books up early too — ask if you want a table or a room for it.
You’ll get a faster answer, and a better one.
Plenty of sites will take your event enquiry and pass it on. We'd rather you just told us.
When you contact us here you're talking to the family who runs the building — not a lead form that lands in five venues' inboxes at once. A real answer about your actual date, usually within a business day.
Call 610-220-2367 or send us the date.
Next step
Tell us the date you want.
We'll say straight away whether it's free, and what it would cost. If it's gone we'll tell you what's near it rather than letting you wonder.
